• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
• Please respect the peaceful surroundings and other guests.
House Rules
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house.
• The use of illegal drugs and gambling activities is strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not permitted inside the building.
• Please leave footwear outside before entering the house.
• Kindly keep the property clean and place waste in the appropriate bins.
• Switch off all electrical appliances when leaving the room.
Facilities & Activities
• Swimming pool access: Until 12:00 AM.
• River boating available on request.
• Kayaking experiences available on request.
• Boating and kayaking are available at an additional charge.
Cleanliness & Care
• Please dispose of waste responsibly.
• Separate waste according to the appropriate type.
• Please treat the villa, furniture, and facilities with care.
Security
• Keep your personal belongings secure.
• Lock your room whenever you step out.
• Public areas are monitored by CCTV for guest safety.
